FAIR incentives stakeholder workshop

The virtual “FAIR incentives stakeholder workshop” takes place on Monday the 9th of May, 2022.

The workshop especially targets community stakeholders and policymakers in the Nordic and Baltic countries. The EOSC-Nordic project conducted a qualitative study during the latter half of 2021 with the ambition to identify incentives for FAIR research. Several target groups from the region were interviewed and we were able to collect valuable insights for our study.

The workshop will consist of two parts:

1. presentations of the findings resulting from the qualitative study on FAIR incentives and

2. allowing the participants an opportunity to influence the FAIR incentives to be promoted. The discussions of the workshop will feed into the final deliverable of the FAIR incentives work. This event will provide you with the tools needed to make a change in your country towards increased uptake of FAIR practices and offers ample opportunities to network and exchange experiences with peers.

The aim of this workshop is to provide a deeper insight into the current state of play with regards to FAIR and Open Science developments in the region and to ultimately achieve policy alignment among our countries.
